Expédition

Tablet woven bands ordered by the Buyer will be sent to Buyer within 2-3 weeks from the date of the purchase agreement (the time needed to physically make the band).Bands labeled in the online store as “ready made” will be sent to the Buyer within 2 working days. A paper invoice will be included with every shipped order.

The delivery is performed by Standard International Shipping carried out by Polish Post to SELECTED countres. The list of these countries is visible in the order form.  The cost of delivery is stated in the order (visible in the Shopping Cart) and is 26 PLN / about 6€ for Europe,Canada and Australia, 140 PLN (about 38$) to the USA and 15 PLN for Poland.

Deliveries to EU countries will not be subjected for additional duties, taxes and charges. Deliveries to None EU countries may be subjected to additional duties, taxes and charges. All additional Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. 

***USA buyers - all duty fees are covered by shipping cost, you won’t be surprised with any additional fee at delivery.

Bands are sent in bubble envelopes with registered mail. Estimated delivery times for packets sent with registered mail: 5- 14 working days for Europe and 10-21 for North America. We cannot guarantee delivery times as shipping times does not include possible customs processing delays.

The Seller will inform the Buyer by e-mail about the dispatch of the purchased item, the tracking number included.

A parcel will be returned to us if the customer fails to pick it up in time. If the customer wants us to send the parcel again they are responsible for second shipping cost.
